The Northwest Council for Computer Education (NCCE) works with schools and libraries around the Pacific Northwest and beyond to manage their E-rate applications and to conduct a fair and competitive bidding process. The Universal Services Administrative Company’s (USAC) Schools and Libraries Division, commonly known as “E-rate” provides federal funding, in the form of discounts or reimbursements,  to schools and libraries in the United States for eligible technology-related expenses including broadband access and the hardware necessary to bring connectivity to the classroom and library.

Please note: You must have a Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) to respond to any of the opportunities listed below. A SPIN is a unique nine-digit number assigned to service providers by USAC when an FCC Form 498 is filed. This number is also known as the service provider's 498 ID.  To obtain a SPIN, please contact USAC customer Support at 1-888-203-8100.
